建立和谐医患关系的思考

摘　　要：医患关系是否健康和谐,不仅直接影响医务人员的工作态度和工作效率,而且对患者的健康与安全产生直接的影响,并对医学技术进步产生间接影响,甚至影响社会的稳定与和谐。针对近年来紧张的医患关系和频发的医患纠纷,分析了造成医患关系紧张的原因,提出了相应的对策。Harmonious and healthy doctor-patient relationships not only directly affects the attitude and working efficiency of medical personnel,and also has direct impact on patients＇ health and safety,and indirectly affects the advances in medical technology,and even affects social stability and harmony.In recent years,for the tense doctor-patient relationship and frequent patient disputes,this paper analyzes the causes of tension between doctors and patients,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
