摘  要:阅读活动引入激励机制可以促进阅读推广工作新常态化发展。文章对我国高校图书馆实施阅读激励的现状进行了初步调查和梳理,结合国内外高校的实践情况分析物质激励、精神激励、政策激励、竞赛激励这4种阅读激励手段。针对我国大陆地区高校图书馆实施阅读激励存在的不足,从构建阅读激励的常态化机制、采取复合激励模式、创新激励方式、做好激励效果评估等4个方面提出对策。The introduction of incentive mechanism in reading activities can promote the new normal development of reading promotion. This paper makes a preliminary investigation and analysis of the current situation of reading incentives carried out by universities libraries in China. Combined with the practice of domestic and foreign universities,it analyses four kinds of reading incentives:material motivation,spiritual motivation, policy motivation and competition motivation. In order to solve the problems existing in the implementation of reading incentives in Chinese mainland university libraries, this paper puts forward countermeasures from four aspects: establishing a normal mechanism of reading incentive, adopting compound incentive mode,innovating incentive ways,and making assessment of incentive effect.
