摘  要:库车凹陷位于塔里木盆地北部南天山山前地区,具有十分优越的油气地质条件。然而呈现出储层埋藏深、地层压力系统复杂(高压盐水层、盐膏层、高压气层)、井深地温高和盐膏层影响井身结构质量和后期固井质量等问题。在预测地层孔隙压力、坍塌压力、破裂压力的三压力剖面基础上,考虑盐膏层蠕变问题,通过分析库车山前地区地质情况、已钻井的井身结构和复杂事故等确定了井身结构优化方案。Situated in the piedmont area of South Tianshan,northern Tarim Basin, Kuche depression has excellent geological conditions for hydrocarbon. However, there exist some problems,including the deep reservoir, the complicated pressure system(high- pressure saline aquifer, evaporite bed, and high- pressure gas formation), the high ground temperature, and the evaporite bed,which may influence on the quality of casing program and cementa-tion. Based on the prediction of three-pressure profile(pore pressure, collapse pressure and fracture pressure), taking the evaporitebed creepage into consideration, we optimized a scheme of casing program by analyzing the geological conditions, and the well structure and complex accidents of drilled wells. Field application shows that the drilling cycle is shortened and drilling cost is reduced.
