综合护理干预对乳腺癌患者康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对乳腺癌患者康复的影响。方法选取2014年12月~2015年12月本院收治的乳腺癌患者60例,按照随机数字原则,分为对照组和实验组,各30例,对照组采取常规护理,实验组则在常规护理的基础上进行综合护理干预,然后比较两组患者的疲乏状况、焦虑抑郁情况及睡眠情况。结果实验组患者的疲乏程度显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）,实施护理之后两组患者的焦虑和抑郁状况都有所缓解,实验组患者显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。乳腺癌患者常见的症状是失眠,干预前,实验组和对照组睡眠质量比较无统计学差异（P〉0.05）,干预后,两组患者的睡眠质量均有提高,实验组患者的睡眠质量明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论对乳腺癌患者采用综合护理干预措施,可以显著提高患者的生活质量,加快患者的康复,在临床上值得推广应用。Objective To discuss the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on rehabilitation of patients with breast cancer. Methods 60 patients with breast cancer treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group, each with 30 patients. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while patients in the study group were additionally given comprehensive nursing intervention. The condition of fatigue, anxiety and depression, and sleep quality were compared between two groups.Results The condition of fatigue of patients in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Anxiety and depression were relieved in both groups after nursing, and were significantly lower in the study group than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. As to the most common symptom in patients with breast cancer, there was no significant difference in insomnia before intervention（P〉0.05）, while after intervention, the sleep quality was improved in both groups, and was significantly superior in the study group than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the life quality of patients with breast cancer and facilitate rehabilitation of patients, thus is worthy to be promoted in clinical practice.
