SF-36量表评估含左氧氟沙星化疗方案治疗复治涂阳肺结核的意义

摘　　要：目的应用SF-36量表中文问卷,评价含左氧氟沙星化疗方案治疗复治涂阳肺结核患者的意义。方法选取2012年9月~2015年1月复治涂阳肺结核患者,随机分成两组,实验组49例,含左氧氟沙星化疗方案：3HRZELfx/5HRLfx;对照组48例,标准化疗方案：2HRZESm/6HRE。在治疗前、治疗3个月后、治疗结束时分别应用SF-36量表对实验组和对照组进行测量。结果 1治疗前两组患者的SF-36量表8个维度及总得分比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,两者具有可比性。2治疗3个月后SF-36量表测量值显示实验组8个维度及总得分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,显示实验组患者生活质量能够更早地得到改善。3完成疗程时实验组与对照组患者的SF-36量表总的得分及8个维度得分比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。4实验组在治疗前、治疗3个月后、完成疗程时的SF-36量表测量值显示,8个维度及总的得分逐渐增高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。显示实验组患者经治疗后,生活质量得到改善。5对照组治疗前、治疗3个月后、治疗结束的SF-36量表测量值显示,7个维度及总的得分逐渐增高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,但是,BP维度在3个月后时下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,BP维度得分在治疗结束时得分恢复,提示对照组在强化期注射链霉素针明显影响患者的生活质量。结论两组经抗结核治疗后,患者生命质量最终均得到改善,但是对照组在注射链霉素针过程中明显影响患者的生活质量,而实验组能更早改善患者的生活质量。Objective To evaluate the significance of using chemotherapy regimen with levofloxacin to retreat smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients by means of Chinese-version questionnaire of SF-36 scales. Methods The smear-positive TB patients for retreatment from Semtemper 2012 to January 2015 were randomly divided into the experimental group（49 cases） and the control group（48cases）. The experimental group（chemotherapy regimen with levofloxacin） used 3HRZELfx/5HRLfx plan.The control group（standard chemotherapy regimen） used 2HRZESm/6HRE plan. The two groups were surveyed by SF-36 health questionnaire at the period of before the treatment, 3 months after the treatment,the end of the treatment. Results（1） Comparing eight dimensionalities and total score by SF-36 scales between the two groups before the treatment, there was no significant difference and value of each（P was higher than 0.05.（2） Measurements of SF-36 after three months treatment showed that eight dimensionalities and total score of the experi mental group was higher than that of the control group. There was statistically significant difference and value of each（P〈0.05）. The life quality of the experimental group could achieve improvement earlier than that of the control group.（3）Comparing eight dimensionalities and total score between the two groups after the treatment, there was no significant difference and value of each（P 0.05）.（4）Measurements of SF-36 of the experimental group at the period of before treatment, three months after the treatment and the end of the treatment showed that SF-36 eight dimensionalities and total score gradually increased. There was statistically significant difference and value of each（P 0.05）. It showsed that the life quality of the experimental group could achieve gradual improvement after the therapy of Anti tuberculosis.（5）Measurements of SF-36 of the control group at the period of before treatment, 3 months after the treatment and the end of the treatment showed th
