摘 要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT泌尿系成像技术及其在泌尿系病变诊断中的应用价值。方法对138例泌尿系疾病患者行MSCT平扫及四期增强扫描,并利用MIP、MPR、CPR及VR等后处理技术进行泌尿系成像与分析。结果138例患者中,泌尿系结石76例,泌尿系肿瘤28例,泌尿系先天发育异常17例,泌尿系结核4例,肾血管性疾病2例,其他11例。结论多层螺旋CT泌尿系成像技术的联合应用可以清晰、立体地显示泌尿系疾病的空间位置关系,为临床提供丰富、直观、准确的诊断信息,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the MSCT Urinary system imaging technology and the clinical application value of in the diagnosis of urinary system diseases. Methods A total of 138 cases were performed MSCT scan and 4-phases enhanced scan,conducting Imaging and analysis of the urinary system through the post-processing techniques such as MIP, MPR, CPR, and VR. Results In 138 cases, there were 76 cases of urinary calculi, 28 cases of urinary system tumors, 17 cases of urinary congenital dysplasia,4 cases of urinary system tuberculosis,2 cases of renal vascular disease,11 cases of other diseases. Conclusion The combination of MSCT Urinary system imaging technology can clearly display spatial relationship between the three-dimensional display of urinary tract diseases, provide a rich, intuitive, and accurate diagnostic information for clinical. It has important clinical value.
