摘　　要：护理台账是科研、护理管理的原始资料,能够清楚地反映科室发展的现状,也是检查护理质量和进行各种统计的客观依据。在医院等级评审筹备过程中,护理部对所有护理条款进行分类整理,统一编制了护理台账目录,规范了护理台帐内容及存档。统一定制了护理制度职责、优质护理、护理质控、护理安全管理、培训及考核、健康教育、护理常规、技术操作标准、护士长管理手册、人力资源、绩效考核、院感资料、应急预案等12个护理台帐资料盒。护理台帐的规范化建立,规范了护理工作,提高了护理管理效率,使护理质量得以持续改进。The nursing parameter is the original data of scientific research and the nursing management. The nursing parameter can reflect the current situation of the development of department clearly,it is also the objective basis of checking nursing quality and doing various kinds of statistics. During the process of preparation of the hospital accreditation,nursing department sorted all care terms,uniformly compiled the catalogue of the nursing ledger, standardized the content and archive ofthe nursing ledger. Nursing department also uniformly formulated 12 pamphlet file including nursing responsibility system, quality care, quality control of nursing, Nursing safety management,training and assessment, health education, nursing routine, operating standards, the head nurses＇ management manual, human resources, performance appraisal, infection data, contingency plans. The standard establishment of the nursing parameter has standardized the nursing work, has improved the efficiency of nursing management, and has continuously improvedthe quality of care work.
