摘 要:医疗卫生资源短缺和医疗体制改革滞后是导致医患矛盾产生和长期存在的根源。医患信息不对称、缺乏必要的应急处理机制、非制度化的矛盾处置途径和舆情引导不当则是导致医患矛盾趋于激化的原因。在全面深化改革背景下推进医疗卫生体制改革、加强供给侧改革以满足增长中的卫生服务需求、多层次发力促进医疗信息的全方位传递与交流、健全医疗纠纷突发事件的预防与应急处置机制、健全相关法规制度促进医患矛盾依法依规解决、引导与规范社会媒体对医患矛盾的宣传和报道等是新形势下防控医患矛盾的重要对策。The shortage of health resources and the lag of medical system reform are the root causes of the conflict between doctors and patients. There are some reasons for the Intensified contradiction between doctors and patients, such as the information asymmetry between doctors and patients, lack of necessary emergency treatment mechanism, non-institutional conflict management approach, improper guide public opinion and so on. There are some countermeasures correspondingly, E.g, under the overall background of deepening reform to promote medical and health system reform,strengthen supply side reforms to meet the growth in demand for health services, multi-level force to promote the full range of medical information transmission, improve prevention and emergency response mechanisms of medical disputes emergencies and complete laws and regulations related to the doctor-patient contradiction, guide and regulate social media publicity and coverage doctor-patient conflicts etc.
