不同麻醉方式在宫腔镜电切术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究不同麻醉方式在宫腔镜电切术中的效果，以便选择较佳的麻醉方式。方法选取2014年7月～2015年11月于我院行宫腔镜电切术的76例患者，随机均分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予丙泊酚麻醉，观察组给予地佐辛复合丙泊酚麻醉，比较两组的麻醉起效时间、术后睁眼时间、术后定向力恢复时间、术后意识恢复时间、疼痛程度及并发症情况。结果两组的麻醉起效时间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），而观察组的术后睁眼时间、定向力恢复时间及意识恢复时间明显短于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组于清醒后10min、20min及30min的视觉VAS评分明显低于对照组（P（0．05）。观察组的并发症率为7．89％，明显低于对照组的23．68％（P〈0．05）。结论地佐辛复合丙泊酚在宫腔镜电切术中的麻醉效果较好，能够使患者快速苏醒、恢复意识，降低并发症。Objective To study the clinical effect of different anesthesia in hysteroscopic surgery, in order to select preferred anesthesia. Methods A total of 76 cases of hysteroscopic surgery patients who were treated in our hospital from July 2014 to November 2015 were randomly divided into the control group and observation group. The control group was received propofol, while the observation group was received dezocine and propofol. The onset time, opening eyes surgery, postoperative orientation recovery time, postoperative recovery time of consciousness, pain and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The onset time of anesthesia of two groups were not significantly different （P〉0.05）, but the times of the opening eyes, orientation recovery and recovery of consciousness in observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The visual VAS scores after waking 10 min, 20 min and 30 min of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The complications of observation group was 7.89%, was significantly lower than 23.68% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conelusion The anesthesia of dezocine and propofol in hysteroscopic surgery is better, can make patients quickly wake up and recover consciousness, as well as reduce complications
