摘　　要：归纳总结中国移动光交网(一级分纤)的网络架构和配置,以及相应的资源使用原则,根据实际项目的设计经验,为了提高光缆网资源运用的高效性和合理性,论证二级分纤的必要性,以此为基础深入研究二级分纤点的设置、组网及应用,形成了一系列设计原则,与日常设计工作中的实际应用相结合,总结了几类通用的组网模型,并测算了部署二级分纤点的经济效益,对通信运营商的光缆网基础资源规划建设有一定的指导和借鉴作用。It sums up the network structure and configuration of China Mobile optical fiber network（first grade fiber distributing）,as well as the corresponding resource using principle. In combination with the design experience of the actual project,in order to improve the efficiency and rationality of the utilization of the optical cable network resources,demonstrate the necessity of the secondary grade fiber distributing,it researches the setting,networking and application of secondary distributing fiber point,and forms the designing principle. In combination with the practical application,it concludes several common-used networking model,calculates the economic benefits of deploying secondary distributing fiber points,to guide the operators＇ optical fiber network basic resource construction.
