摘　　要：目的探讨血浆网膜素-1（omentin-1,OE-1）水平与冠心病关系。方法选取2015年1~7月行冠状动脉造影检查的患者108例,其中冠心病患者78例[稳定型心绞痛患者（SAP组）34例,不稳定型心绞痛患者（UAP组）44例],非冠心病患者30例作为对照组。采用酶联免疫法（ELISA法）测定血浆OE-1水平。收集并对比3组患者的临床基线特征。结果 SAP组和UAP组血浆OE-1水平低于对照组,Gensini积分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;SAP组和UAP组的血浆OE-1及Gensini积分比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;血浆OE-1水平与BMI之间呈负相关（r=-0.027,P〈0.05）;多因素logistic回归分析：SBP、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、OE-1及Gensini积分是冠心病的独立危险因素（P〈0.05）。结论冠心病患者的血浆OE-1水平降低与冠心病相关,可能为干预冠心病的发生发展提供了新的靶点。Objective To investigate the correlation between plasma Omentin-1（ OE-1） levels and coronary heart disease（ CHD）. Methods One hundred and eight patients who underwent coronary angiography examination from January to July 2015 were enrolled in the study,including 78 cases of CHD and 30 cases non- CHD（ control group）,among 78 patients with CHD,there were 34 cases of stable angina pectoris（ SAP group） and 44 cases of unstable angina pectoris（ UAP group）.The plasma levels of Omentin-1 were detected by ELISA,finally,the results were analyzed and compared among three groups.Results The plasma levels of OE-1 in SAP group and UAP group were significantly lower than those in control group,and Gensini scores were significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. However there were no significant differences in plasma levels of OE-1 and Gensini scores between SAP group UAP group（ P〉0. 05）. The plasma levels of OE-1 were negatively correlated to BMI（ r = 0. 027,P〈0. 05）. The results by multiple factor logistic regression analysis showed that SBP,TC,LDL,HDL-C-C,OE-1 levels and Gensini scores were independent risk factor of CHD（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The decrease of plasma levels of OE-1 in patients with CHD is associated with pathogenesis of CHD,which may provide an new target for intervention with the occurrence and development of CHD development.
