果蔗新品种川糖2008-7307的选育初报

摘　　要：川糖2008-7307是从组合湛蔗92-126×粤糖89-240经多年选育出的果蔗新品种。多年多点试验结果表明:该品种出苗较好,苗壮,分蘖中等,植株高大,茎粗;高抗黑穗病、花叶病,轻感梢腐病,抗倒性强,宿根性好,易脱叶;高产稳产,品质好,口感好。多年多点省区试和生产示范结果表明:川糖2008-7307的平均蔗茎产量达到128.06 t/hm^2,比对照品种华南54-11的101.38 t/hm^2增产26.31%,差异达极显著水平;11—12月平均蔗糖分达14.0%,比对照高1.9个百分点;总糖含量达15.8%,较对照高0.5个百分点;蔗汁抽出率达74.9%,较对照高0.6个百分点;纤维分8.0%,较对照高0.3个百分点;含糖量达17.93 t/hm^2,比对照增加5.66 t/hm^2,增糖达46.13%。该品种是一个农艺性状、工艺性状和商品性状均优于或与对照种相当的优良果蔗新品种,具有较好的推广应用前景。New chewing cane variety Chuantang2008-7307 was selected from the cross combination ZZ92-126x YT89-240. The results from different sites for several years indicated that the variety hand many excellent characteristics, such as good germination, strong sprout, medium tilling, high plant, thick stalk, good ratooning, easy to disleave, high yield, good in quality and textures. It had high resistance to lodging, smut and mosaic and mosaic disease, however was infected lightly by top rot. The result of Provincial Region Tests and Productive Trials showed that the average yield of CT2008-7307 was 128.06 t/ha, increased by 26.31% （P 〈 0.01） in comparison with check variety HN54-11 in 101.38 t/ha. Its average sucrose content during November to December was 14.0% and increased by 1.9% （absolute value, the same below）; The total sucrose content was 15.8% and increased by 0.5%; The mean extraction ratio of juice was 74.9% and increased by 0.6%; The average fiber percentage was 8.0% and increased by 0.3%; The mean sugar yield was 17.93 t/ha and increased by 5.66 t/ ha more and 46.13%, in comparison with the check variety. The agronomic, technological and commercial characters of the variety were similar or better than the check variety, which indicated potential of application prospect.
