摘 要:由于PWM逆变器输出的脉冲电压在电机接线端子及绕组上产生了差模电压和共模电压;特别是当逆变器通过长线电缆与电机连接时,会在电机端产生电压反射现象,从而在电机端形成很大的过电压,危害电气设备的安全运行。通过对PWM逆变器驱动电机系统产生差模和共模电压机理分析的研究,在变频器输出端抑制电机端差模电压的RLC滤波器的基础上,提出一种改进型变频器输出端无源滤波器的方案,并给出了参数的设计方法。该滤波器可对共模及差模电压同时起到抑制作用,仿真结果验证了该滤波器设计方案的有效性,为变频器驱动系统滤波器设计研究提供理论依据。Differential mode voltage and common mode voltage were generated at the motor terminals and winding since the pulse voltage out of PWM inverter. The voltage reflections will be produced at the motor end,thereby forming a very high over-voltage at the motor end,which affects the safe operation of electrical equipment,especially when the inverter attaches to the motor through a long cable. In this paper,the generation mechanism of the differential mode and common mode voltage by PWM inverter drive motor system will be analyzed,on the basis of the output RLC filter of the inverter to suppress the motor differential mode voltage,an improved inverter output passive filter scheme was proposed,including the design method of parameters. The filter can play an inhibitory effect on co-mode and differential- mode voltage at the same time,the simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the filter design,and provide a theoretical basis for the research of the filter design in inverter drive system.
