摘　　要：目的应用德尔菲(Delphi)方法筛选武警官兵健康素养条目,为编制官兵健康素养问卷及客观评价官兵健康素养提供依据。方法根据研究主题选择咨询专家人选15名,采用Delphi方法进行问卷调查,对官兵特有的健康素养条目进行评分,并根据同时满足重要性赋值均数≥4.0、变异系数≤0.24两项标准筛选条目。结果专家平均年龄为(41.1±3.4)岁,平均工作年限为(18.0±5.0)年,收回问卷为100%,专家权威程度为0.80,根据设定的重要性得分均数和变异系数标准筛选出符合要求的武警官兵健康素养条目21条。结论专家积极性高、权威程度高。根据筛选出的条目来编制问卷,可以为官兵健康素养水平提供初步评价依据。ABSTRACT： Objective To develope indexes of health literacy questionnaire for Chinese Armed Police Forces （CAPF） recruits based on the method of Delphi, so as to provide the evidence for evaluating health literacy of CAPF. Methods Fifteen experts were invited to participate the consultation. The Delphi method was used to grade the indexes, and then to screen the indexes based on the standard （ MEAN≥4.0, CV≤0.24）. Results The average age of experts was 41.1±3.4, and the mean working years in their own areas was 18.0±5.0. The consulta- tion response rate was 100% , and the experts authority score was 0.80. After third round investigation, 21 indexes were selected according to the standard of mean and variation coefficient. Conclusion The enthusiasm and authority of experts are good. The health literacy questionnaire developed with 21 indexes will provide a tool for evaluating the health literacy of CAPF.
