兴城矿泉浴对飞行员血清铁蛋白和运动后12h血乳酸清除率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨兴城矿泉浴对高性能战斗机飞行员血清铁蛋白(FTN)及相关指标和运动后12 h乳酸(BLA)清除率的影响,为飞行员利用矿泉浴解除慢性疲劳提供科学依据。方法以健康疗养高性能战斗机飞行员为观察对象,其中行矿泉浴者45名(观察组),22名未行矿泉浴者(对照组),疗养前后测定FTN及相关指标,计算运动后12 h乳酸清除率。结果观察组疗养后FTN(187.5±52.4)μg/L、运动后12 h BLA清除率为(79.42±16.55)%,与疗养前比较〔(150.3±69.3)μg/L、(60.73±25.21)%〕明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);比对照组疗养后FTN(156.2±67.7)μg/L、运动后12h BLA清除率(70.53±15.84)%明显升高(P<0.05)。对照组疗养后FTN、运动后12 h BLA清除率较疗养前有升高趋势,但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论兴城矿泉浴疗法可以提高战斗机飞行员血清铁蛋白浓度,增强机体快速清除乳酸能力,对及时缓解飞行慢性疲劳有一定作用。Objective The study is to discover the effect of Xingcheng mineral spring bath on the serum ferritin and other related indexes and 12 h lactic acid clearance rate after exercise of high performance fighter pilots,and to provide a scientific basis for pilots to relieve chronic fatigue by taking mineral spring bath. Methods A total of 67 high performance fighter pilots who participate in health recuperation was selected as subjects,and divided into observation group（ 45 pilots with mineral spring bath） and control group（ 22 pilots without mineral spring bath）. The serum ferritin（ FTN） and related indexes and the 12 h blood lactic acid（ BLA） clearance rate after exercise were measured before and after convalescence. Results The FTN 〔（ 187. 5 ± 52. 4） μg / L〕and 12 h BLA clearance rate after exercise〔（ 79. 42 ± 16. 55） % 〕of pilots after convalescence in observation group were significantly increased compared to before convalescence〔（ 150. 3 ± 69. 3） μg / L〕,〔（ 60. 73 ± 25. 21） % 〕（ P〈0. 05,P〈0.01）,and higher than FTN 〔（ 156. 2 ± 67. 7） μg / L〕and 12 h BLA clearance rate after exercise 〔（ 70. 53 ± 15. 84） % 〕after convalescence in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The FTN and 12 h BLA clearance rate after exercise had a rising trend after convalescence compared to before convalescence in control group,but it had not significantly difference（ P〉0. 05）.Conclusion Xingcheng mineral spring bath can increase the serum ferritin concentration,enhance the ability of lactic acid clearance,and may play some role in relief flight chronic fatigue timely in fighter pilots.
