摘 要:将球磨改性的白云母微粉作为添加剂加入锂基润滑脂中,采用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了白云母锂基润滑脂的摩擦学性能。采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线能谱分析仪、X射线光电子能谱仪对钢球磨损表面进行了分析,并探讨了白云母微粉的摩擦学作用机理。结果表明:白云母微粉能够有效提高锂基润滑脂的摩擦学性能。当添加量为0.5%和1.0%时,分别表现出最好的减摩性能和抗磨性能。白云母微粉优良的摩擦学性能与其层片状结构及磨损表面的物理吸附有关。The tribological properties of muscovite micro-particle used as lubricant additives in lithium grease were investigated in a four-ball friction and wear test instrument. The worn surface of steel ball was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, energy disperse spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy to explore the tribological mechanism of muscovite. The results show that muscovite used as a lubricant additive can effectively improve the tribological properties of lithium grease and exhibit the optimum friction-reducing property and anti-wear property at the addition of 0.5% and 1.0%, respectively. The excellent tribological properties of muscovite can be attributed to the layered structure and the adsorption film of muscovite formed on the worn surface.
