摘 要:国内城镇原来的中小学教学楼多采用底层大空间-单跨框架结构,由于单跨框架结构的抗震性能较差,加之设计时未考虑上部楼层填充墙的刚度影响,地震时结构底层往往发生严重的破坏现象。针对该类型结构对填充墙的影响进行了讨论,给出了在刚性连接中相同条件的填充墙换算钢筋混凝土剪力墙的估算方法。结合某工程案例,通过MIDAS/Gen分析了不考虑和考虑填充墙贡献两种情况下结构的侧向刚度和自振周期等结构特性,针对性地提出增设钢筋混凝土剪力墙的加固方案,利用刚度差反算所需要增加的剪力墙用量,加固效果较为良好。The single-span frame structure with large space ground floor is widely applied in the domestic urban middle and primary school buildings. Because the seismic performance is poor for single-span frame structure and the stiffness contribution of the upper floors' infilled wall is not considered in design,severe damage phenomenon often occurs in the ground floor of the structure under earthquake. The effect of this kind of structure on the infilled wall was discussed. The estimation method for infilled wall conversion to shear wall in the same condition with rigid connection was provided.Combined with project engineering,MIDAS / Gen software was used to analyze the structural characteristics including lateral stiffness and natural period in two cases where the contribution of infilled wall was considered or not. The retrofitting plan of increasing reinforced concrete shear wall was proposed pointedly. The stiffness difference was used to calculate need dosage for increased shear wall. The result shows that the retrofitting effect is well.
