摘  要:对杭州某纸业有限公司排放的油墨废水进行混凝+压滤预处理,然后和胶浆废水混合进行水解酸化+两级接触氧化的生化处理,最后采用臭氧脱色进行深度处理。探讨了该工程实例中的工艺流程、构筑物设计参数、运行结果和相关问题。工程实践表明:对于COD浓度较高,色度非常高的油墨废水和COD浓度较高的胶浆废水经该工艺处理后,能达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)中一级排放标准。The printing ink wastewater and mucilage wastewater from a paper company in Hangzhou was pretreated by coagulation and pressured filter;then,it was mixed with mucilage wastewater and treated by hydrolytic acidificatioin and two-stage contact oxidization;finally,it was treated by ozone decoloration.This paper studied the process,building design parameter,operation performance and related problems.The practical project showed that both the printing ink wastewater which contained high COD and color,and the mucilage wastewater which contained high COD would meet the first grade discharge standards of Discharge standard of pollutants from municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB 8978-1996)after treatment.
