摘  要:以4,4′-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、聚乙二醇(PEG)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)等为主要原料,环氧蓖麻油(ECO)为交联改性剂,制备了ECO改性WPU(水性聚氨酯)乳液。研究结果表明:ECO中的羟基和环氧基均参与了WPU的合成反应;随着ECO掺量的不断增加,WPU胶膜的疏水性、拉伸强度及热稳定性提高,WPU乳液的粒径逐渐变大、外观和储存稳定性变差;当w(ECO)=5.5%(相对于预聚体质量而言)时,WPU乳液呈微透明(泛蓝)状,WPU胶膜的综合性能相对最佳。With 4,4′-diphenyl methane diisocyanate(MDI),polyethylene glycol(PEG)and dimethylolpropionicacid(DMPA) as main raw materials,epoxy castor oil(ECO) as crosslinking modifier,the ECO modifiedWPU(waterborne polyurethane)emulsion was prepared. The research results showed that the hydroxyl and epoxygroup in ECO were participate in the synthesis reaction of WPU. The WPU film had the increasing hydrophobic,tensile strength and thermal stability,but the WPU emulsion had the increasing particle size,the poor appearanceand storage stability with increasing ECO content. The WPU emulsion was slightly transparent(blue),and the WPUfilm had the relatively best combination property when mass fraction of ECO was 5.5% in prepolymer.
