多民族体育公共记忆的数字化传承——论中国民族运动会历史资料数据库建设

摘　　要：民族运动会是富有中国特色的体育赛事,是贯彻各项体育政策和民族政策、实现民族大团结的重要舞台,构成了中国体育公共记忆的重要部分,但相关历史资料得不到收集整理,处于快速流失的濒危状态中。在大数据时代背景下,为彰显民族运动会重大赛事地位,加强民族运动会成就宣传,传承多民族国家的体育公共记忆,更好地推动中国各民族体育运动事业的可持续发展,有必要构建专门的数据库共享平台来抢救和传承中国民族运动会历史资料。并就该专题数据库建设的策略、数据基础、平台架构及技术选择方案等问题进行简要探析。This paper argues that,due to the absence of relevant database facilities and data services,historical materials and public memory of ethnic sport games have been rapidly lost as time goes by,and thus digital curation of the public memory of multiethnic sport games in China should be an urgent task to undertake. Strategy,system requirements,and technical options are discussed with regard to database building for China＇s various ethnic sport games in the light of big data era. In addition,the paper discusses such issues of the construction of the database as strategy of data base,platform architecture and its technical scheme selection etc.
