摘　　要：目的调查了解基层部队疗养员随员的心理健康水平,研究制定有效的预防及干预措施。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对基层部队疗养员随员进行心理测评分析。结果随员SCL-90的测量结果中躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑明显高于中国常模值(P<0.05),同时不同类组之间也存在明显的差异。结论随员的心理健康水平偏低,势必影响到国防建设的步伐,应进行有针对性个性化的心理干预。Objective To study the mental health status among convalescent followers in grass-root army units, so as to formulate effective preventive and intervening measures. Methods SCL-90 was adopted to conduct psychological test analysis among the convalescent followers in grass-root army units. Results SCL-90 measuring results of the con- valescent followers were clearly higher than the Chinese normal mode value in terms of somatization, obsessive-com- pulsive symptom, sensitivity of interpersonal relationship, depression, and anxiety.There were obvious differences in dif- ferent groups.Conclusion The mental health status among convalescent followers in grass-root army units is quite low, and it is bound to influence the pace of national defense construction, so it is necessary to give targeted and per- sonalized mental intervention.
