绿茶含漱预防正畸治疗中釉质脱矿的临床评价

摘　　要：目的 评价绿茶含漱对正畸治疗中釉质脱矿的预防效果,为选择简单有效的釉质脱矿预防途径提供实验依据。方法 选取在济南军区青岛第一疗养院口腔科接受固定正畸治疗的恒牙列女性患者30例,年龄13~16岁。将样本平均随机分为两组,在按时刷牙的基础上观察组每天含漱绿茶溶液,对照组含漱安慰剂。在粘接托槽后即刻和矫治第1、3、6、9、12个月时拍摄口内照片,观察上、下颌切牙、尖牙和第一磨牙釉质脱矿的发生率及脱矿程度,进行统计学分析。结果 观察组的脱矿率和脱矿程度均明显低于对照组,观察组的脱矿率随正畸治疗时间的延长未出现显著性变化,对照组则逐渐增多。结论 绿茶含漱对正畸治疗中出现的釉质脱矿具有一定程度的预防效果,是一种便捷的家用自助预防方法。Objective To evaluate the preventive effects of green tea mouthwash on enamel demineralization in or- thodontic treatment and to provide evidence for selections of simple and effective preventive approaches to enamel demineralization.Methods 30 women sufferers with permanent dentition undertaking orthodontic treatment at Qingdao No. 1 Sanatorium of Jinan Military Region, age ranging from 13 to 16 years old. The samples were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group were given green tea mouthwash every day on the basis of timely tooth brush- ing, while the control group were given mouthwash placebo.lntraoral photographs were taken the moment of bracket bonding and in the 1th, 3th, 6th, 9th, and 12th month to observe the occurrence rate of enamel demineralization and dem- ineralization level of the upper and lower incisor teeth, canine teeth, and the first molar, then for statistical analysis. Results The occurrence rate of enamel demineralization and demineralization level in the observation group was sig- nificantly lower than that in the control group.With the extension of treatment time,there were no significant differ- ences on enamel demineralization in the observation group, while it increased significantly in the control group. Conclusion Green tea mouthwash has certain preventive effects on enamel demineralization in orthodontic treatment, which is a convenient self-helo way to oerform at home.
