摘 要:高分辨率熔解曲线分析技术是在熔解曲线分析基础上,利用饱和染料替代非饱和染料,借助专业高分辨率仪器,应用于基因突变、单核苷酸多态性和基因分型的新方法。具有灵敏度高、特异性强、避免污染、操作简便、速度快、通量高等优点,在昆虫、细菌、真菌、原虫鉴定及病毒分型等相关领域应用广泛。High resolution melting (HRM) curve analysis technology is a new method applied to genotyping and detection of gene mutations and single nucleotide polymorphism. The new method on the basis of the melting curve analysis, replaces the unsaturated dye with the saturation one, and with the aid of the professional high resolution instruments. HRM has received much concerns in the related fields for its advantages, such as high sensitivity and specificity, contamination avoidance, ease of operation, higher speed and flux, it has been widely used in the identification of insects, bacteria, fungi, protozoa and the classification of virus.
