2015年版《中国药典》所载《伤寒论》经方煎煮工艺分析  

Analysis of Differences of Boiling Process Between Original Decoctions from Treatise on Exogenous Febrile and Miscellaneous Disease and Prescriptions Listed in Chinese Pharmacopoeia

摘　　要：对《伤寒论》的经方汤剂和《中华人民共和国药典》（简称《中国药典》）一部所载其成方制剂煎煮工艺进行分析。结果显示：《伤寒论》对汤剂加水量、煮取量有明确规定,而《中国药典》对伤寒论制剂加水量、煮取量规定不明确;《伤寒论》原汤剂煎煮时间从14～65 min不等,而《中国药典》相应制剂累计煎煮时间均在3 h以上;《伤寒论》原汤剂皆只煎煮1次,而《中国药典》制剂煎煮达2～3次;《伤寒论》麻黄、葛根规定先煎,而《中国药典》对小青龙合剂、小青龙颗粒、葛根芩连片均未注明先煎操作。以上差异的存在提示在对从传统著作中挖掘出的古方进行现代化工艺研究时要研究并比较传统制剂的经验,要以传统制剂为参考。In this study, we analyzed the differences of boiling process between classic prescriptions from Treatise on Exogenous Febrile and Miscellaneous Disease and prescriptions listed in Chinese Pharmacopoeia（part I）. The analysis results showed that Treatise on Exogenous Febrile and Miscellaneous Disease had definite water-added volume and decoction volume,and the decocting conditions for the original decoctions were shown as decocting time ranging from 14 to 65 minutes,decocting frequency being one time,and Herba Ephedrae and Radix Puerariae being decocted first; Chinese Pharmacopoeia（part I） had uncertain water-added volume and decoction volume, and the decocting conditions for the listed prescriptions were shown as accumulative decocting time over 3 hours,decocting frequency being one time or two times, and drugs to be decocted first were not noted in Xiao Qinglong Heji（Minor Blue-dragon Mixture for Relieving Exterior Syndrome）, Xiao Qinglong Keli（Minor Blue-dragon Granules for Relieving Exterior Syndrome）and Gegen Qin Lian Pian（Tablets of Radix Puerariae, Radix Scutellariae and Rhizoma Coptidis）. The differences of boiling process between original decoctions from Treatise on Exogenous Febrile and Miscellaneous Disease and prescriptions listed in Chinese Pharmacopoeia（part I） indicated that the research of modern preparation should be based on the experience of traditional preparation and should take the traditional preparation as a reference.
