淀粉型甘薯新品种漯薯10号的选育及生理特性

摘　　要：淀粉型甘薯新品种漯薯10号是以高干物率、高抗茎线虫病且与国内亲本血缘关系较远的徐781为母本,以12个性状差异较大的国内育成品种(系)为父本,放任授粉,杂交后代经筛选、多点鉴定选育而成。对漯薯10号的特征特性、生产力、抗病性、品质性状及生理特性进行研究,结果表明:漯薯10号鲜薯和薯干产量均较对照品种徐薯18增加显著;抗根腐病和黑斑病;薯块干物率较徐薯18高3.5%;叶面积指数和T/R值动态变化合理,干物质生产和积累速度快,分配合理,经济系数高;为中早熟高产品种。2011年通过河南省甘薯新品种鉴定委员会鉴定(鉴定编号:豫鉴薯2011001)。The Luoshu No.10 was derived from female parent bred Xu781 and male parents of 12 vari-eties by open-pollination. The traits,productivity,disease resistance,quality characters,and physiological characters of Luoshu No.10 were studied. The results showed that the average yield of fresh root, dry matter root were more increased than control （Xushu 18） significantly,dry matter content was increasing more than 3.1%. It has stem nematode resistaance and black spot resistance. Luoshu No.10 is an early-maturing variety with many characteristics such as reasonable of leaf area index and T/R value dynamic, fast accumulation and reasonable distribution of dry matter,higher economic coefficient. It was released by He’nan Crop Variety Examination Committee in 2011.
