摘　　要：通过分析我国几个超大城市停车收费现状,总结出我国几个超大城市公共道路停车收费现有问题,研究其共性以及个性,结合国内外先进停车费用收取和管理经验,立足于我国城市发展实际情况,从法律制度构建角度,提出解决我国城市道路停车收费问题的解决方案.This paper summarizes the existing problems of public road parking charge in several big cities and studies its generality and peculiarity by analyzing the parking charge situation in several big cities in China.In view of the advanced experience of parking fee collection and management in China and foreign countries,this paper proposes the solutions to the problems of the urban road parking charge based on the actual situation of the urban development in China from the perspective of the construction of legal systems.
