摘 要:针对劣质煤电站锅炉在冷态启动过程中燃油消耗量大的问题,提出了一种高温氧气直接点火技术,可用少量燃油将氧气加热至1 480℃的高温状态,然后用高温氧气直接点燃煤粉气流。本文采用热态点火实验的研究方法证明了该方法的有效性。研究了高温氧气发生器的性能特点,总结出优化运行参数,验证了稳燃氧气流量最佳值应取40(N·m^3)/h;然后,研究了高温氧气发生器在山西晋中贫煤煤粉气流中的点火特性,实验结果证明:贫煤煤粉气流的最高火焰温度达到1 160℃,火焰长度超过6 m,证明了高温氧气点火技术是可行的。Cold start-up of boilers in inferior coal-based thermal power plants consume a large amount of fuel oil. In this paper,a direct ignition technology using high-temperature oxygen is proposed. In the proposed ignition technology,oxygen is heated to a maximum temperature of 1 480° C using a very small amount of fuel oil,and then the high temperature oxygen is used to directly ignite flows of pulverized inferior coal. The performance of the high-temperature oxygen generator was evaluated,and optimized operation parameters were determined. The optimum oxygen flow for stabilizing combustion is 40( N·m^3) /h. The ignition performance of the high temperature oxygen generator for a meager pulverized coal flow in Jinzhong,Shanxi province,was experimentally studied. The results show that the flame temperature of the pulverized coal flow can peak at 1 160°C with a flame length greater than 6 m,which proves that the proposed ignition technology is feasible.
