摘　　要：根据开放性实验室存在的问题和学生社团的发展现状,提出了合理引导学生社团参与实验室管理的具体措施,以期达到开放性实验室管理和学生社团发展互为促进的效果。This paper analyzes the problems of open laboratory＇s management and the developmental status of students＇ associations,puts forward the concrete measures of guiding the students＇ associations to take part in the open laboratory＇s management. The measures will enhance the open laboratory＇s management and promote the growth of students＇ associations.
