延伸护理方案对不同民族地区糖尿病患者自我行为改变的效果

摘　　要：目的：探讨延伸护理方案对不同民族地区糖尿病患者自我行为改变的效果。方法选取我院收治的40例汉族糖尿病患者作为A组,同时选取40例回族糖尿病患者作为B组。对所有患者均行延伸护理方案,并于3个月后观察对比两组自我行为改善效果以及护理结束后血糖水平达标率。结果 A组和B组护理前饮食、运动、足部护理、血糖监测和遵医嘱用药等评分相近,护理后两组各项评分均明显升高,且A组远高于B组（P=0.000）；A组护理结束时血糖水平达标率为35.00%,B组为32.50%,前者较后者稍高,但是差异不具有统计学意义（ P=1.000）。结论采用延伸护理方案后,汉族糖尿病患者自我行为改善效果较回族糖尿病患者更加显著,但是二者护理结束后血糖水平达标率相近,值得在各民族地区推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of extended nursing program on the behavior change of patients with diabetes from different ethnic regions. Methods A total of 40 cases of Han population with diabetes and 40 cases of Hui population with diabetes who received treatment in our hospital were selected as group A and group B respective-ly. All patients received extended nursing program. Besides, three months later, the behavior improvement effect and the standard-reaching rate of blood sugar level of the two groups were observed and compared. Results Group A and group B had similar scores in terms of diet, exercise, foot nursing, blood sugar monitoring and the obeying of prescribed medi-cation before nursing. The scores of the two groups in above items significantly increased after nursing, and the scores of Group A were much higher than those of Group B （P=0. 000） . At the end of the nursing, standard-reaching rates of blood sugar level of Group A and Group B were 35. 00% and 32. 50% respectively, the former was a bit higher than the latter, but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant （P=1. 000） . Conclusions After re-ceiving extended nursing scheme, the Han population with diabetes had more obvious behavior improvement than Hui population with diabetes. However, they had similar standard-reaching rate of blood sugar level at the end of the nurs-ing. Therefore, extended nursing scheme is worth popularizing in the ethnic areas.
