摘　　要：目的：剖析连台手术护理安全问题，探讨安全管理对策。方法对连台手术护理安全的现状和特点进行深入剖析，找出安全问题的症结所在，提出应对策略。结果连台模式下护理安全问题的发生具有普遍性、易发性和严重性，主要与护士素质、风险管理、岗位环境、人力资源方面的安全隐患呈现因果关系。结论为保障连台手术护理安全，应该从5个方面入手实施针对性风险管理，即强化护理安全意识，健全风险管理制度，加强安全素质培训，优化风险管理方案，改进手术人力管理。Objective Dissection on nursing security of continuous operations and discussion on how to cope with it. Methods In-depth dissection on the status quo and features of nursing security of continuous operations was carried out to find out the crux of the security and propose measures to tackle it. Results The nursing security problem was of universality, susceptibility and severity in the presence of continuous operations, which were closely related to nurses＇ quality, risk management, working environment and safety loophole in human resource. Conclusions Risk control on continuous operation nursing is suggested to be implemented in five aspects, that is, intensifying the sense of nursing security, improving risk management system, consolidating training on security quality, optimizing risk manage-ment scheme and enhancing operators＇ HR management.
