急性白血病患儿父母心理成长水平及其影响因素

摘　　要：目的描述急性白血病患儿父母的心理成长水平,并探讨其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、疾病不确定感的心理成长量表和父母用应对方式量表,对95名急性白血病患儿父母进行调查分析。使用SPSS 16.0统计软件进行数据的统计分析。结果急性白血病患儿父母疾病不确定感的心理成长得分为(150.65±15.89),水平不高;对生活事件"重要性排序"的条目得分较高,而"应对意外事件"的条目得分较低;在职、无宗教信仰的患儿父母心理成长的水平较高(P<0.05);患儿父母采用正性应对方式的频率高、作用大;应对方式"寻求社会支持、维护自尊和心理稳定"维度进入了心理成长的多重线性回归方程,解释的变异量为15.1%。结论急性白血病患儿父母采用正性应对方式,能帮助其有效应对患儿病情的不可预测性所造成的压力,促进了心理成长。Objective To describe growth through uncertainty（GTU） in parents of children with acute leukemia （AL）. Related factors of GTU were also explored. Methods A total of 95 parents of children with AL were investi- gated by the general information questionnaire,the Growth through Uncertainty Scale（GTUS） and the Coping Health Inventory for Parents（CHIP）. Data was analyzed using SPSS version 16.0. Results The level of GTU was not high in parents of children with AL. More items on ＂reordering of priorities＂ of life events got higher average scores, while more items on ＂coping with accidents＂ scored less. The GTU score was higher in parents who were employed or without religious belief. Parents employed positive coping strategies with high frequency and helpfulness. In multiple linear regression modeling,the score for ＂maintaining social support,self-esteem and psychological stability＂ accounted for 15.1% of variance of parent＇s GTU. Conclusion Employment of positive coping strategies by parents of children with AL could help parents to manage the stress associated with the unpredictability of the child＇s illness,and to promote a healthy maintenance of the GTU.
