摘　　要：对51例神经外科后颅窝肿瘤术后吞咽障碍患者,在幕下术后护理常规的基础上加入早期护理干预。内容包括进食前的基础训练、标准化步骤的摄食训练和多媒体教材的辅助指导。吞咽障碍功能改善总有效率为82.4%;留置胃管(6.37±2.70)d。认为早期护理干预有助于后颅窝肿瘤术后吞咽功能的恢复,缩短胃管留置时间。A total of 51 patients with dysphagia who underwent tumor resection in theposterior cranial fossa were given early nursing intervention together with routine nursing care. We gave the patients ba- sic training before feeding and standardized training of food ingestion, as well as supplementary guidance from mul- timedia resources. After evaluation of swallowing function,the total rate of improved effectiveness was 82.4%. The average days of gastric intubation were（6.37±2.70）d. Early nursing intervention for dysphagia following operations of posterior cranial fossa tumors could reduce swallowing dysfnnction,improve recovery of dysphagia and reduce days of gastric intubation.
