针对胰腺癌患者的多学科专业化护理实践与成效

摘　　要：总结对85例胰腺癌患者实施多学科专业化护理方案的经验。依托多学科团队,围手术期实施加速康复外科护理措施;化疗期间重点做好延续性和安全性管理;针对癌因性疲乏的可控性因素进行干预;出院后开展医护一体随访管理模式。本组85例均安全度过围手术期,术后住院日由(13.26±2.57)d下降至(9.57±1.89)d;其中49例按时进行术后辅助化疗,无一例发生化疗不良事件;42例癌因性疲乏分值由(4.80±1.67)分下降至(2.76±1.52)分。This paper summarized the effectiveness of nursing care conducted among 85 cases of pancreatic cancer patients implemented by multi-disciplinary team. Supported by multi-disciplinary team,the nursing care of enhanced recovery after surgery（ERAS） was carried out;close attention was paid to continuity and safety management during chemotherapy period; interventions were performed focusing on factors of cancer-related fatigue;the follow-up service with physician-nurse cooperation approach was launched after discharge. All 85 patients were safe through pefiopera- tive period,and post-operative hospital stay decreased from （13.26±2.57）d to （9.57±1.89）d;totally 49 cases implemented post-operative chemotherapy,and the rate of adverse event was 0% ;the scores of cancer-related fatigue for 42 cases dropped from（4.80±1.67） to （2.76±1.52）;during 1 to 18 months＇ follow-up,80 patients survived.
