泰绫在腰椎间盘突出症手术中的止血临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究泰绫在腰椎间盘突出症后路手术的止血效果及对全身凝血功能的影响。方法对90例接受腰椎间盘突出症后路手术的患者,随机均分为泰绫组(n=45)和对照组(n=45)。观察术后24、48、72小时内的引流量。分别化验引流液中的红细胞计数,同时检查患者手术前后凝血功能指标。结果泰绫组术后24、48、72小时内引流量及引流液中红细胞含量少于对照组(<0.05)。两组患者凝血功能指标术前及术后比较无统计学意义,组间比较无统计学意义(>0.05)。结论泰绫在腰突症手术中及术后具有较好的止血效果,对凝血功能无影响。Objective To study the hemostasis function of Tailing in posterior lumbar disc herniation surgery and systemic effects of coagulation. Methods A total of 90 patients implemented lumbar disc herniation posterior surgery were randomly divided into Tailing group（n=45） and control group（n=45）. Both groups were applied posterior lumbar discectomy with fusion, decompression and internal fixation. Observed within 24,48 and 72 hours of drainage after surgery, Tested the count of drainage red blood cell count. Coagulation parameters were checked before and after surgery. Results The volume and red blood cell count of drainage fluid after 24,48 and 72 hours in the Tailing group were less than those in the control group（P〈 0.05）. There was no statistical significance in Coagulation parameters before and after surgery（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Tailing in lumbar herniation surgery and postoperative bleeding shows good clinic results. It had no side effect on blood coagulation.
