国产后稳定型全膝关节置换假体的近期疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察国产后稳定型全膝关节假体置换的近期疗效。方法回顾2011年3月～2012年3月初次膝关节置换患者36例（36膝）。观察组使用德骼拜尔假体18例（18膝）,对照组使用Link假体18例（18膝）。全部患者获术后随访,比较两组患者的手术时间、出血量、假体安放时间、术后膝关节功能HSS评分等情况作统计分析。结果平均随访时间观察组12.17个月,对照组12.43个月。两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、假体安放时间之间的差异无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。术前、术后HSS评分及WOMAC评分两组间均无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论国产后稳定型全膝关节假体置换术后近期疗效满意,其远期疗效有待观察。Objective To observe the short-term clinical outcome of total knee arthroplasty with domestic Dragonbio posterior stabilized prosthesis. Methods From March 2011 to March 2012,18 knees of 18 patients underwent primary TKA with Dragonbio posterior stabilized prosthesis, as observed group. The Link posterior stabilized prosthesis were used in the 18 knees of 18 patients during the same period, as control group. For retrospective comparative study, All cases of two groups were followed up, to compare operation time, bleeding volume and the time of the prosthesis between the two groups. Results The mean follow-up of the observed group and the control group were 11.17 months and 11.43 months respectively. There were no significant differences in operation time, bleeding volume, the time of the prosthesis, HSS scores and WOMAC scores between the two groups of preoperation and afte-operation of the domestic and import groups.Conclusion The study of short-term followup indicates that patients implanted with the domestic Dragonbio posterior stabilized prosthesis have obtained good results. However, the long-term outcome needs further investigation.
