联网实时动态下的政策措施落实跟踪审计问题及对策

摘　　要：当前,我国经济发展进入新常态,经济运行处在合理区间,但经济下行压力还在加大,稳增长的任务艰巨繁重。为切实推进深入贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于稳增长等一系列重大决策部署,国务院决定从2014年8月起,由审计署组织全国审计机关对政策措施落实情况进行跟踪审计,为国务院决策提供参考。本文从创建审计实时监督平台的重要性出发,谈开展政策措施落实情况跟踪审计新局面的几个难点和对策。At present,the economic development of our country enters the new normal： the economy is in the reasonable range,while the pressure economic downturn is on rise and the steady economic growth still remains a difficult task. To promote in-depth implementation of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on a series of major decisions regarding steady economic growth,the State Council decides,from August,2014,the National Audit Office as a supervisor to organize nationwide audit institutions to inspect the implementation of related policies,proposing reference suggestions for the decision of the State Council. This paper starts from the importance of constructing the real-time monitoring platform to discuss some problems and related countermeasures during the implementation of the policy.
