当代中国体育体制改革的困境与突破

摘　　要：在我国政治、经济、文化体制改革逐步深入的大背景下,现有体育体制难以适应形势和社会发展的需要,改革迫在眉睫。文章采用文献资料与逻辑分析法,从梳理当代中国体育体制存在的问题入手,进而剖析了体育体制改革的阻力与动力,提出:深化体育体制改革、创新管理体制与理论体系;进一步完善"体教结合",以高层次竞技体育带动群众体育、学校体育全面协调发展;合理配置各类资源,促进体育产业科学发展等建议,努力实现体育大国向体育强国转变的发展进程。In the background of political, economic, cultural system reform of our country gradually, the existing sports system can not adapt to the situation and the social development, reform is imminent. By means of literature and logical analysis, this paper starts with the contemporary Chinese sports system problems, and then analyzed the resistance and power sports system reform. It advised to deepen the reform of sports system, the innovation of management system and theory system; further improve the ＂combination of sport and education＂, promote mass sports, school sports coordinated development to the high level competitive sports; rational allocation of resources, and promote the development of sports industry and so on, in order to speed up the development process of China＇s transition from a big sports country to a sports power.
