摘　　要：针对中小型泵站自动控制系统的特点,为了解决直接启停造成管道流量脉冲给管道造成的危害,设计了PLC加1台固态软启动器的多电机最小控制系统。该控制系统具有成本低,操作、维护简单,可靠性高等优点,便于中小型泵站推广应用。Considering the characteristics of the operation of automatic control system in small pumping station,a multi-motor control system with PLC and motor soft start was put forward in order to limit the damaging influence of flow pulse caused by motor direct start on pipes.This system is characterized by low cost,simple and feasible management,maintenance and operation,which is more suitable for the pumping stations of medium and small scale to practice.
