53例痰湿型慢性支气管炎患者穴位埋线的针感浅析

摘　　要：目的了解痰湿型慢性支气管炎患者穴位埋线的针感。方法对53例痰湿型慢性支气管炎患者进行穴位埋线治疗，第1周取穴脾俞、胃俞、足三里（A组）；第2周取穴丰隆、阴陵泉、三阴交（B组）；第3周取穴公孙、天枢、太冲（C组）。记录不同穴位埋线组患者的得气感积分并进行比较。结果三组取穴的得气感积分组间比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），男性组、女性组、18-40岁及61-70岁年龄组患者三次取穴的得气感积分组间比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。男性九个不同穴位间得气感积分比较，差异有统计学意义，但女性各穴位间得气感积分比较，差异无统计学意义。结论痰湿型慢性支气管炎患者穴位得气感强弱可反应正邪的盛衰，不同的埋线穴位其针感不尽相同，可根据针感进行选穴治疗。ObjectiveTo understand the needling sensations of acupoint catgut embedding in patients with chronic bronchitis. MethodsA total of 53 patients with chronic bronchitis of phlegm-dampness type received acupoint catgut embedding therapy, Pishu point, Weishu point, Zusanli point were chosen in the first week（group A）; Fenglong point, Yinlingquan point , Sanyinjiao point were chosen in the second week（group B）; Gongsun point, Tianshu point, Taichong point were chosen in the third week （Group C）; the integral of gas sense in the three groups was recorded and compared. ResultsThat was no significant difference in the integral of gas sense among the three groups （P〉0.05）, the integral of gas sense in male group, female group, 18-40 age group, 61-70 age group was also had no significant difference among the three groups （P〉0.05）. The integral of gas sense among 9 point in the male group showed significant difference （P〈0.01）, but the integral of gas sense among 9 point in the female group showed no significant difference （P〉0.05）. ConclusionsThe strong or weak of the integral of gas sense in patients with chronic bronchitis of phlegm-dampness type can reflect the rise and fall of good and evil, different acupoint catgut embedding has difference needling sensations, treatment maybe carried out according to needling sensations.
