海南省城镇化水平测度及发展模式研究

摘　　要：构建融经济、社会发展和人口、环境改善于一体的区域城镇化水平评价指标体系,采用因子分析模型和聚类分析方法,对海南省城镇化水平进行类型划分和比较,并分析了当前海南省城镇化建设存在的主要问题,最后提出适宜海南省情的城镇化发展模式。评价结果,将海南省城镇化水平划分为四个等级,其中海口市和三亚市为第一等级,综合城镇化水平较高。当前海南省城镇化建设主要存在中心城市规模小、带动作用弱、城镇化水平区域差异大、城镇产业结构单一,发展动力不足,以及小城镇建设水平较低等问题。基于此并结合海南省情,提出陆海联动、全岛同城、旅游引导和大城市带动四种城镇化发展模式。This paper have constructed the evaluation index system of regional urbanization level, which includes economic, social development, population and environment, Using factor analysis and cluster analysis to classify and compare the level of urbanization in Hainan province, And analyzes the main problems in the current urbanization construction,final y put forward the suitable model of urbanization in Hainan Province. The results of the evaluation will be divided into four levels of urbanization in Hainan province, Haikou city and Sanya city as the first level, a higher level of comprehensive urbanization. At present, there are some problems such as the small scale of the central city of Hainan Province, the small size of the city, the weak of the level of urbanization, the single development of urban industrial structure, the lack of development motivation and the low level of the construction of small towns. According to the situation of Hainan Province,This paper presents four kinds of urbanization development model by land sea interaction、island City、tour guide and big city driving.
