摘 要:为了实现沿空留巷技术的快速巷旁充填,基于高水材料充填开采技术,以粉煤灰为主要充填材料,设计巷旁快速充填系统。该系统由地面材料混配系统、井下材料输送系统、充填留巷系统组成,其中井下系统采用自主研制的粉状物料输送装置、柔性水力搅拌器、井下快速充填搅拌袋。工业性实验结果表明,该系统可实现高水材料巷旁快速充填,且效果良好。该研究为沿空留巷巷旁充填技术的推广应用奠定实践基础。This paper proposes a novel system designed to realize the faster roadside filling using the gob-side entry retaining technique. This system building on the high water material filling mining technology and the fly ash used for the main filling materials consists of ground material compounding system,underground material conveying system and filling and retaining system. The underground system is composed of self-developed powder material conveying device,flexible hydraulic mixer and mixing bags for rapid underground filling. Industrial experimental results show that the system works better for a faster roadside filling with high water material. This study may provide a practical foundation for the popularization and application of gob-side roadway filling technique.
