摘　　要：本文从"互联网+"与国际贸易进口合同执行实务相融合的角度,系统介绍了"互联网+"与国际贸易进口合同的相关理论,提出了上网"无纸化"阶段、模块化"实时"阶段、大数据"图视化"阶段的三阶段实施方案以及相关保障措施建议,从而达到以新技术促进传统业务提质增效的效果。The paper is a focused study on the use of ＂Internet Plus＂ in the execution of international trade import contracts. It offers a detailed introduction to the theories with regard to ＂Internet Plus＂ and international trade import contracts, and proposes a three-phase implementation plan which includes the online ＂paperless＂ phase, the modular ＂real time＂ phase and the big data ＂visualization＂ phase, as well as appropriate safeguard measures, to realize a new technology-driven improvement of traditional business in quality and efficiency.
