摘  要:探讨纺织空调自控系统在实际应用中存在的问题。结合空气处理过程的焓湿图,当室外新风焓值低于车间空气焓值,且室外新风相对湿度较高时,对新风或者混合风进行加湿降温处理时,还需要对新风或者混合风进行再热处理,造成能源浪费。在某些工况下,不对新风或者混合风加湿处理,也能满足送风需求。此外,在对新风或者混合风进行处理过程中,风机和水泵的配比不当也会造成能源损耗。提出一种新的自控思路,能够进一步降低空调运行能耗。Discussion on the existing in the actual application of textile air conditioning control system problems. Combined with the air handling process of the psychrometric chart, when the outdoor fresh air enthalpy value is lower than the air enthalpy value of workshop, and the outdoor fresh air relative humidity is high, or a mixture of wind of fresh air humidification and cooling process, but also the need for fresh air or mixed air heat treatment, resulting in energy waste. In some cases, no fresh air or mixed air humidification treatment, can also meet the air demand. In addition, in the fresh air or mixed air processing process, fan and pump the improper ratio will cause energy loss. Put forward a kind of new control ideas, can further reduce the energy consumption of air-conditioning running.
