摘　　要：文章在探讨加强社区图书馆建设和推进社区图书馆发展的三重意义的基础上,梳理了我国社区图书馆建设目前存在的主要问题,从五个层面阐明了我国社区图书馆稳健发展的策略。On the basis of exploring the threefold significance of strengthening the library construction and promoting the development of community library, this article analyses the main problems which currently exists in the construction of community library and illustrates the strategies of community library steady development in our country.
