加强医学院校学生医德教育的对策探析

摘　　要：为了实现培养医术精湛、医德高尚医学人才的目标,医学院校必须重视加强学生的医德教育。文章分析了目前我国医学院校医德教育存在的诸多问题,从思想上加强重视,注重开展入学教育、提高教师队伍建设质量,规范医德教育内容,创新医德教育形式等方面对医德教育工作的发展策略进行了相应的思考。In order to achieve the goals of training the medical talent with medical skills and medical ethics noble, medical universities must pay attention to strengthen students＇ education of medical morals. This paper analyzes the problems existing in current education of medical morals in the universities of China, and thinks deeply the strategies on the development of education of medical morals work in strengthening the ideological value, paying attention to developing the entrance education, improving the quality of teachers＇ team construction, regulating the content of medical moral education and innovating the forms of medical moral education.
