摘　　要：大面积严重烧伤是严重危害人类健康的重要伤病之一,部分临床医生对该病的认识不足,导致该类患者有较高的致死率及致残率。在血流动力学稳定的情况下尽早进行切痂植皮,并根据不同创面选择不同的切痂深度和植皮方法,将对患者生存及预后产生深远影响。本文将从早期切痂植皮的时机、禁忌证范围及方法作一综述。Serious large area burn is one of the important injuries of serious damage to human health. Due to unknown reasons, the fatality rate and the disability rate are at high levels. Early removal of eschar and skin grafting under the case of hemodynamic stability, choosing a different depth and skin grafting method according to the different wound, will have a far - reaching influence on patients＇survival and prognosis. In this paper, we review the research on the tim- ing, contraindications, range and method of early removal of eschar and skirl grafting.
