摘　　要：文中通过对门吊事故隐患案例和风险事件的原因分析,采用层次分析法和模糊数学理论,建立门吊作业安全风险评价指标模型。运用门吊安全风险评价体系,通过专家实地评价,能科学的评估安全风险等级和风险点,采取有针对性的策略。This paper conducts an analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics theories to analyze the cases of accidents in Gantry Crane operation and will point out the causes of risk events. By using safety risks assessment system of gantry crane and the real field evaluations from experts,this paper will confirm the level of safety risks scientifically and highlights the risk points,therefore,this paper can be safely arrived the targeted strategies for future gantry crane operation.
