摘　　要：建筑设备自动化系统(BAS)是现代控制理论在建筑物中的应用。狭义建筑设备自动化系统的监控范围包括暖通空调、给水排水、供配电、照明、电梯等设备。而广义的建筑设备自动化是在狭义建筑设备自动化系统的基础上增加消防与安防设备系统的监控。分析了建筑设备自动化系统的现状及发展趋势。The building automation system（BAS） is the application of modern control theory in buildings. The monitoring scope of the narrow building equipment automation system includes： HVAC, water supply and drainage,power supply,lighting,elevator,etc.. The generalized building automation system is based on the narrow building equipment automation system and adds the fire and security equipment monitoring system. The present situation and development trend of BAS are analyzed.
