摘  要:航空附件维修是民航维修的重要分支,市场发展前景良好。针对航空附件维修人员的培养要求,以航空电瓶修理为切入点进行了附件维修实践教学改革。在建立电瓶故障-维修实例库的基础上,以任务驱动教学为核心教学环节,以附件维修概述、附件维修工作准备、讨论与交流为辅助教学环节,建立了一种航空附件维修新型教学模式。实践教学表明,该模式对学生建立附件维修理念、提高学生附件维修能力起到了良好推动作用。Aviation accessory maintenance is an important branch of civil aviation maintenance,the prospect of market development is good.Aiming at the training requirements of aviation accessory maintenance workers,the practice teaching reform of accessory maintenance is carried out based on aviation battery maintenance.The trouble- maintenance case base of battery is established firstly,then the task drive teaching is taken as core teaching link,the accessory maintenance overview,accessory maintenance work preparing,discuss and exchange are taken as auxiliary teaching links,a new teaching pattern of aviation accessory maintenance is established.Practical teaching shows that the pattern has played a good role in establishing accessory maintenance concept and improving accessory maintenance ability.
