斑点鳟鲑孵化及仔鱼生长和存活的温度效应研究

摘　　要：本研究试验不同温度(6、8、10、12、14℃)对斑点鳟鲑受精卵孵化速度、孵化率、生长速度与仔鱼死亡尾数的影响,以期对养殖户提供技术支撑。结果表明:6℃水温孵化,虽然仔鱼死亡尾数较少,但受精卵孵化率低,孵化速度和仔鱼生长速度慢;14℃水温孵化,受精卵孵化率高、仔鱼生长速度快,但仔鱼畸形率高,仔鱼死亡尾数较多。通过对比斑点鳟鲑的适宜孵化温度为8-12℃,最佳孵化温度为10℃,仔鱼最佳生长温度为12℃。The effects of temperature（6,8,10,12 and 14℃）on hatching time, hatching rate , growth and survival were investigated in salmon fertilized eggs and larvae. The results showed that in 6℃ hatch, although had the high survival rate, but the hatching rate and larval growth was slow; in 14℃ hatch, hatching rate of fertilized eggs and speed of salmon larvae grow was faster, but the larvae malformation rate, survival rate were the lowest. The results indicate that the suitable temperature for hatching of the salmon was about 8-12 ℃, and the optimal temperature was 10℃.
